L.R. Valiya Arts and P.R. Mehta Commerce College was established in 1969 with the vision to impart value-based education at an affordable cost to the people, especially of the cultural city of Bhavnagar and its surrounding villages.
Today, the college stands at the entrance of the trust, welcoming all who seek value-based knowledge by offering various programs in Humanities and Social Sciences at the undergraduate level, in addition to professional courses.
